We carefully inspect the goods before we ship your order to ensure there is no damage to the goods. However, if you notice any damage to your purchase upon delivery, please contact us(email: email@example.com) as soon as possible so that we can promptly organize the replacement of your goods.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason (including change of mind), you may return the product unused, unwashed and in its original, undamaged packaging within 15 days of purchase, for a refund of the merchandise value. Please note that if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. We are unable to accept returns on clearance items, and on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
*We inspect all returned shoes before processing refund or exchange. If shoes are returned after being worn/used/damaged, we will not process refund or exchange.
Please note that $5 postage fee will be deducted for a change of mind and the return postage is to be covered at your own cost. You can either purchase a pre-paid label ($5 fee) from the above link or purchase your own label from your carrier. For an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping of new item.
If your order qualifies for Free Return/Exchange (order >$50), we will not deduct the cost of original shipping or return shipping cost.

Return of goods purchased from retail stores:
All goods purchased from retail stores must be returned to the original purchasing store. Komuello USA will not accept any return of goods purchased from retail stores.
We are unable to accept return or exchange of any items without the original receipt or gift receipt.
